Alexandre Delhay
Alexandre is an Associate Partner at EY-Parthenon, specialising in the life sciences sector. He advises organisations across the life sciences ecosystem on transformation initiatives, from strategy development through to execution, spanning the entire value chain from research and development to distribution, at both corporate and subsidiary levels. He also leads training and professional development initiatives within EY's Paris office.
Prior to joining EY-Parthenon, Alexandre worked at Greenwich Consulting, where he developed extensive expertise in strategic, marketing, and commercial planning, as well as due diligence engagements, particularly within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector.
With more than twelve years of strategy consulting experience, Alexandre has developed deep expertise across the life sciences value chain, including CROs and CMOs, pharmaceutical companies, medtech and biotech firms, digital health providers, distributors, payers, healthcare professionals, and healthcare institutions. He also has extensive knowledge of both innovation-driven business models (originator products) and replication models (generics and biosimilars).
Alexandre holds an MSc in Information and Communication Technologies Engineering from IMT and an MSc in Strategic Management from HEC Paris.
How does Alexandre contribute to Building a Better Working World?
Alexandre works every day alongside his clients and colleagues to improve the effectiveness and sustainability of the life sciences ecosystem, benefiting human, animal, and plant health.
He is also deeply committed to developing talent within EY. In the Paris office, he oversees the training programme for more than 140 consultants and 17 partners. Internationally, he led the organisation of the EY-Parthenon global training seminar in Dubai in 2019, coordinating 150 training sessions delivered to more than 800 consultants over four days.
