Bernhard Kloth is Group CFO of Perfect Drive Sports Group, a Bregal-backed European golf e-commerce group. He brings more than 20 years of experience in value creation, transformation and restructuring across private equity-backed, listed and founder-led businesses, combining hands-on operating responsibility with a background in performance improvement advisory.

At Perfect Drive, he has led a financial and operational transformation, helping grow revenue by almost 50% and strengthen profitability through technology/ AI introduction within three years. His remit extends beyond finance to commercial performance, procurement, logistics, international expansion and organisational change.

Bernhard has also built the group’s data and analytics platform from scratch and established a group-wide AI programme. His focus is on translating data and technology into operational efficiency, better decision-making and scalable growth, supported by organisational and cultural change.

Previously, he was CFO/COO of Tennis Point, where he helped prepare the business for exit scenarios incl. a NYSE listing. He also served as a Director at AlixPartners and held private equity portfolio management and interim CFO roles. He is a graduate of ESCP Business School.
