Bruno Esgalhado is a Managing Director in Value Creation at CVC, based in Madrid, leading value creation for CVC's Infrastructure platform. He currently supports four portfolio companies across digital infrastructure, renewables, and transport & logistics, working across the full deal lifecycle from origination to exit.

Previously, he spent 20 years at McKinsey & Company, becoming Partner and advising energy, industrial, and private-capital clients on the energy transition, while leading McKinsey's Global Energy Services and Iberian Sustainability practices. He holds an MBA (Honours) from Columbia Business School and speaks Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
