Priorto joining EY-Parthenon, Craig spent 12 years with Alvarez & Marsal'sPrivate Equity Performance Improvement practice, advising private equity-backedbusinesses on value creation and transformation programs. He has worked withleading private equity investors including Blackstone, Warburg Pincus,TowerBrook Capital, Apax Partners and SVP, supporting portfolio companiesacross sectors including aviation, healthcare, business services, technology,logistics and construction.

Craig brings a uniqueperspective as an advisor, having served in senior operational leadership rolesincluding Interim Group CFO of Swissport and The AA, Interim CEO of CalvinKlein Europe, and CFO positions across several other private equity-backed businesses.His experience includes supporting organizations such as Rolls-Royce,Norstella, Citeline and Acelity through periods of significant transformation,operational improvement and growth.
