Hala Zeine
Hala Zeine is a technology executive, investor, and strategic advisor with more than two decades of experience shaping some of enterprise software's most consequential decisions. Her expertise spans product strategy, pricing, M&A, and corporate strategy, combining deep operating experience with an investor's perspective. She brings a unique track record as an operator and now works as an investor and advisor. Having led transformational initiatives across global technology leaders, she is known for bringing clarity to complex strategic decisions. Boards, CEOs, and founders seek her counsel at defining moments where the right choices determine long-term growth, competitive advantage, and enterprise value.
She is currently building an investment platform backing the founders defining Europe's AI-native enterprise software category—companies fundamentally reinventing enterprise workflows rather than simply layering AI onto legacy products. In parallel, she advises leading organizations including TPG, UKG, Aily Labs, and Maqsam on portfolio strategy, growth, and go-to-market strategy at pivotal moments in their development.
Most recently, Hala served as Chief Strategy Officer at ServiceNow, where she helped shape the company's AI strategy and led the strategic rationale behind the acquisitions of the acquisitions of Moveworks and Veza. Prior to that, as Managing Director in Portfolio Operations at Blackstone, she led commercial due diligence for software investments and partnered with portfolio companies—including Sphera, Ellucian, and Cvent—to reshape strategy, accelerate growth, and strengthen operational performance.
Earlier, Hala served as Chief Product Officer at Celonis. Prior to that, she spent nearly two decades at SAP, where she held several senior leadership positions, including President of the Digital Supply Chain business and Chief Business Development Officer, with responsibility for portfolio strategy, pricing, and corporate development. She has also served on several supervisory boards, including [Blackstone portfolio company boards], TomTom, and Holtzbrinck Publishing Group. Hala holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing from Bentley University and is based in Munich.
Hala is recognized for her exceptional business judgment, forward-looking strategic perspective, and ability to identify emerging market shifts ahead of the curve. She has a rare ability to identify category-defining companies early, bridge strategy with execution, and help leadership teams make the high-impact decisions that create lasting competitive advantage and enterprise value.
