Ivo Huhmann is CFO and Transformation & AI Leader at Schock GmbH, the Bavaria-based manufacturer of premium composite kitchen sinks and a Triton portfolio company. He leads finance, business transformation and the practical deployment of AI across the organisation, from finance processes to data-driven manufacturing.

Ivo brings more than two decades of experience in industrial and PE-backed businesses. He previously served as CFO and interim CEO of the listed Leifheit AG, as CFO China and Regional Board member at Bühler, and spent twelve years at GE Industrial, where he became a Six Sigma Black Belt. His international career includes roles at Stiebel Eltron and several years in China, where he also taught supply chain management as a part-time professor.

Combining engineering, IT and finance, Ivo holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technical University of Darmstadt, a Master of Business Informatics and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management. He is a named inventor on several patents.
