Jon Morris is a Partner at EY-Parthenon and leads the UK & Ireland Private Equity Value Creation practice. He works with private equity firms and portfolio company management teams to accelerate value creation throughout the investment lifecycle, from diligence and acquisition through to exit.

With more than 25 years of experience advising investors and corporates, Jon specialises in CFO and liquidity advisory, majoring on treasury, working capital optimisation, operational improvement, transformation, and value creation strategy.

He has supported some of the largest and most complex private equity transactions in the market, helping investors assess liquidity opportunities, establish treasury operations, strengthen cash generation, and unlock sustainable value during periods of ownership and transformation. His experience spans a broad range of sectors, including technology, telecommunications, media, consumer products, and industrials.

Jon advises both investment and management teams on how to translate strategic ambition into measurable performance improvement. His work focuses on identifying practical opportunities to improve cash flow, release working capital, enhance operational performance, and build stronger, more resilient businesses.
