Karsten Kinzig is Chief Procurement Officer at Trench Group, a Triton portfolio company and Siemens Energy spin-off. He has more than 25 years of international leadership experience building and transforming global procurement and supply chain organisations across the industrial, energy, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical sectors. Prior to Trench Group, he held senior leadership positions at Novartis, Takeda, Vodafone, and HH2E, where he led global transformation programmes, post-merger integrations, and large-scale sourcing initiatives. Karsten holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from TU Berlin and has worked extensively across Europe and Japan.
