Maximilian joined  from AlixPartners where he was a Managing Director serving corporates and private equity clients on holistic value creation programs in the Industrial, Services and Consumer Products industries. Earlier in his career, he worked at McKinsey as Associate Principal. Maximilian holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Oxford and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
