Victoria Peddie Bell
Victoria Peddie Bell is a former private equity-backed CFO, board adviser and Audit Committee Chair with extensive experience working with leadership teams and investors through transformation, M&A and exit.
She was Group CFO of Unilabs, where she partnered with the board and shareholders through a €5bn exit, and has held senior finance leadership roles across Advent, Apax, Bain Capital, Carlyle and KKR portfolio companies. Her private equity experience also includes serving on a portfolio company Advisory Committee and chairing its Audit Committee.
Victoria has particular experience supporting senior executives navigating the demands of private equity ownership, helping management teams and investors understand each other's expectations and creating the conditions in which leaders and teams can perform while delivering the investment thesis.
In 2026, she rowed 2,800 miles unsupported from California to Hawaii as part of a three-woman crew, winning the Women’s Class of the World’s Toughest Row Pacific — an experience that further shaped her perspective on leadership, resilience and team performance under pressure.
