Elisabeth leads Portfolio Value Creation (PVC), partnering with portfolio companies to drive performance and long-term value across private equity, infrastructure, sustainable energies and real estate. Her expertise spans strategy development, transformation, commercial excellence and analytics. She serves on the Real Assets Investment Committee.She joined CPP Investments in 2017 and established Iris, the advanced data analytics team within PVC, which partners with portfolio companies to apply analytics and AI to deliver business outcomes. Elisabeth has contributed to CPP Investments’ responsible AI approach and led efforts to incorporate the potential impact of AI into investment and underwriting decisions.Prior to joining CPP Investments, Elisabeth was a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group in London, advising clients across the industrial goods, consumer and private equity sectors. She also held roles in strategy and business development at Anglo American and in management consulting at Marakon.Elisabeth holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
