Guy joined the Advent International family in 2015 within the operations team (PSG) where he was responsible for developing the CFO support practice. He has more recently transitioned to a (part time) Portfolio Advisor where his role is split between operational support for finance transformation in selected portfolio companies and direct support for the deal teams on selected Exit preparations, particularly in cases of additional complexity around the preparation of finance related sell side documentation. Prior to his Advent activity Guy was a partner in the Deloitte DACH practice and amongst other activities was responsible for leading the growth of the PE practice. Based in Germany, Guy is both a German and British citizen and qualified accountant in both countries. He studied at Oxford University
