Heiko Rauscher is a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting with more than 25 years of advisory and executive leadership experience. He supports private equity investors across the deal lifecycle, from operational due diligence to post-deal value creation, with a particular focus on supply chain, incl. production, logistics and procurement. Heiko has designed, built and optimized regional and global supply chains and brings deep sector expertise across industrials, automotive and healthcare. In addition to his advisory work, Heiko has held CEO and General Manager roles, leading businesses to profitable growth.
