Hilda Lui joined Advent in 2020 and is Head of Talent, North America, for the Portfolio Support Group. She is a Director, based in Boston, and is focused on Human Capital Management across Advent’s portfolio companies, including leadership assessment, talent acquisition, and cultivating a network of top senior executives for C-level, Board and advisory roles.

Prior to joining Advent, Hilda was the Vice President of Talent Management at L Catterton, where she advised on portfolio talent management best practice across L Catterton’s multiple strategies and geographies. Previously, she was a member of Heidrick & Struggles’ CEO and Board Practice, where she advised public and privately-held companies across industries on Board of Director searches and CEO succession engagements.

Hilda holds a JD from the Fordham University School of Law and received bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and French from New York University.
