Jeff Arvin is an Operating Executive at TPG, where he partners with portfolio company leadership teams to accelerate value creation through commercial transformation, revenue growth, and margin improvement initiatives.  Since joining TPG in 2016, Jeff has worked across the firm's private equity portfolio, helping management teams optimise go-to-market strategies, sales effectiveness, pricing, customer success, marketing, and operational performance to drive sustainable growth and enterprise value.  Jeff has been particularly active within the firm’s Software & Enterprise Tech sector, including deep involvement with a number of TPG’s carve-out investments.  Prior to TPG, Jeff held several senior operational leadership positions at YP Holdings, where he managed a business generating more than $200 million in revenue and played a key role in strategic acquisitions and business transformation initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held executive leadership roles at LexisNexis, leading global business units with full P&L responsibility.  Jeff also held commercial leadership roles at Thomson Reuters, Fisher Scientific, and NCR Corporation.   In addition, he served as a consultant with McKinsey & Company in their Silicon Valley Office, advising technology and tech related business services companies on growth strategy, commercial excellence, and marketing effectiveness.  He holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Emory University and a bachelor's degree from DePauw University. Throughout his career, Jeff has combined deep operational expertise with a hands-on approach to helping businesses unlock profitable growth and create long-term value for investors and stakeholders alike.
