Kate Migliaro is a Managing Director, Talent & Organization at Blackstone, where she leads talent strategy and organizational effectiveness initiatives across the firm’s portfolio. She partners with management teams to build high-performing organizations, strengthen leadership capabilities, and accelerate value creation. Before joining Blackstone, Kate served as Global Head of Portfolio Talent at Searchlight Capital Partners and held leadership roles at Apollo Global Management, UBS, and Bloomingdale’s. A U.S. Army veteran and graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, she served for five years in the Military Police Corps, including deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Kate also serves as Chairwoman of America’s Warrior Partnership, supporting veterans and military families.
