Khalid Khan

Partner, Americas Digital & Analytics Practice Leader
Kearney

Khalid Khan is a partner and Americas leader of Kearney's Digital and AI practice, with more than 25 years of experience in AI, data, and digital transformation. He works with C-suite leaders and investors to turn AI investments into measurable value—sustainable EBITDA improvement, operational excellence, and enterprise transformation.

Much of Khalid's recent work centers on AI-driven enterprise value transformation: taking a company's full P&L and reimagining it through an AI-native lens. This extends beyond isolated use cases to embedding AI into the core of how a business operates and creates value at scale. He advises clients across the spectrum—established global enterprises, private equity portfolio companies, technology pioneers, and frontier computing firms.

Across his career, Khalid has worked at the intersection of strategy, data, and technology, helping companies rethink how they operate and make decisions—from supply chain and procurement through M&A. He has built the teams and capabilities behind this work, including a data science lab and, more recently, a Gen AI factory that reimagined financial and operational due diligence for private-equity and corporate clients. Khalid holds a PhD in applied physics from Columbia University and a BA in physics from Reed College.
