Patrick is a Senior Managing Director at Blue Ridge Partners. Prior to joining Blue Ridge Partners, Pat was an Operating Partner at The Riverside Company, where he advised deal teams and portfolio management teams to problem solve growth inhibitors, deploy and execute capital efficient growth strategies to achieve systematic and predictable scale within target hold periods. He has also held successful roles as a PE-backed operator with P&L responsibility at PIP and GLG as well as leadership roles at Mastercard, LRN and Gartner.Patrick holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University. He lives in the New York area with his wife and has five children.
