Raid bin Abdullah Ismail is Senior Director, Co-Head of Direct Investments, and Head of Operational Value Creation within the MENA Investments Division at the Public Investment Fund (PIF). He leads direct investment initiatives and works closely with portfolio companies to drive operational excellence, sustainable growth, and long-term value creation across strategic sectors.With more than two decades of leadership experience spanning investment, healthcare, retail, and consumer businesses, Raid has held senior executive roles including General Manager of Al Mawarid Food Company, CEO of Saudi Tadawi Healthcare Group, and Managing Partner of House of Retail. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking and capital markets, building a strong foundation in finance, corporate strategy, and business transformation.In addition to his executive responsibilities, Raid serves on the boards of several leading Saudi companies, contributing to governance, strategic oversight, and organizational development.He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from George Mason University and an MBA from London Business School.
