Richard Schwartz is a Partner and a member of OC&C Strategy Consultants’ US B2B sector team. He has over 15 years of strategy consulting experience, advising senior leadership teams on their most challenging strategy and growth problems across sectors including Engineering Services, Building Materials, Automotive and high-value Consumer Durables. 

Richard specialises in growth strategy, commercial excellence, diligence and value creation.  He supports private equity sponsors across the investment lifecycle and partners closely with publicly listed corporations – with a sharp focus on navigating market evolution (and revolution), accelerating growth, improving commercial performance, and capturing new sources of value.   

Richard is based in OC&C’s Boston office and supports clients in North America and globally. Prior to joining OC&C, he was a Partner and a Growth Strategy Leader at Treacy & Company through its successful exit into a PE-backed advisory services platform.
