Sandra Zahn is a Partner at EY-Parthenon with 20+ years of experience in Technology Consulting and M&A Advisory. She leads EY-Parthenon’s Technology Due Diligence Hub for Europe West and advises private equity firms, infrastructure investors, and corporate clients on technology-driven transactions across Europe and internationally.

Sandra specializes in technology due diligence, cyber due diligence, it carve-outs, standalone readiness, post-merger integration, and technology value creation. She has led numerous transaction support engagements across a broad range of industries, including software, data and information services, industrial technology, healthcare, life sciences, cybersecurity and business services.

Throughout her career, Sandra has supported investors and management teams in assessing technology capabilities, identifying operational and cyber risks, evaluating scalability and technical debt, and developing technology value creation strategies that support growth and long-term investment success.

Her combination of deep technology expertise and extensive transaction experience enables her to provide pragmatic, investor-focused insights throughout the deal lifecycle—from pre-deal diligence through separation, integration, and value realization.
