Mr. Hahn is a Managing Director and Senior Operating Executive for Cerberus Operations, the Firm’s operations platform. He joined Cerberus in 2022 and serves as Senior Operating Partner, primarily focused on the Firm’s Industrials investments. He also plays a key role in advancing the Design-to-Delivery practice area and integrating strategy and business operating system expertise across the Firm’s portfolio.

With more than three decades of experience, Mr. Hahn has championed innovation in software, services, new materials, and business models. Before joining Cerberus, he spent more than a decade at Honeywell, serving as CEO of its Home and Building Technologies business, CEO of Honeywell Transportation Systems in Switzerland, and Vice President of the Performance Materials and Technologies – Fluorine Products business. He began his career at Air Products and Chemicals, where he spent nearly 20 years in commercial and technical leadership roles across the U.S., Canada, Taiwan, and Malaysia.

Mr. Hahn holds B.S. and M.E. degrees in Material Science and Engineering from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
